Application: Adaptive High-Beam Assist

As an example of the User Application development of DS-nano-, we demonstrate here a simulation of the Adaptive High-Beam Assist system which adjusts the High or Low of head-light beam according to the existence of oncoming vehicle transmitted from DS-nano-.

The following diagram shows how the adaptive high-beam assist system is realized with DS-nano-. Using the data of DS vehicle data and surrounding other vehicles transmitted from DS-nano-, adequate headlamp range to the distance of other vehicles is determined in the user application program. The movie demonstrates the DS-nano- has ability to cooperate with the adaptive high-beam assist system developed by the user.
